OrcaEIS, LLC is an enterprise technology company developing Continuous Enterprise Alignment Infrastructure—a new architectural layer designed to continuously verify whether the observed state of an enterprise remains aligned with its required state.


At its core is a simple distinction:


Strategic Intent defines what should be true.

Operational Reality establishes what is actually true.


The challenge is that neither remains static.


Strategy changes. Regulations evolve. Policies are updated. People change roles. Permissions accumulate. Systems are reconfigured. Workflows evolve. Platforms are upgraded.


AI systems and autonomous agents increasingly make decisions and take actions of their own.


Meanwhile, the evidence describing the enterprise remains fragmented across systems, environments, documentation, people, and platforms.

AI systems increasingly recommend—and execute—what should happen next.


The missing relationship is continuous alignment between what should be true and what authoritative enterprise evidence shows is actually true.

Why OrcaEIS Exists

OrcaEIS did not begin as an AI governance company.


It didn't begin as a GRC platform.


It didn't even begin as Enterprise Alignment Infrastructure.


It began with training.


The original concept, SmartLMS, was intended to make enterprise learning and workforce readiness more intelligent, adaptive, and responsive to the actual environment in which people worked.


But that created a deeper architectural question:


How can a system determine what someone needs to know if it doesn't first understand what is actually true about the enterprise around them?


Accurate training depended on accurate roles.

Roles depended on actual permissions.

Permissions depended on systems and configurations.

Systems depended on workflows.

Workflows depended on business rules, policies, requirements, and organizational context.

And all of those things changed.


Solving the training problem therefore required solving something underneath it:

enterprise truth.


And once enterprise truth could be established, an even larger question emerged:


How do we determine whether that reality remains aligned with what the enterprise requires?


That realization transformed SmartLMS into OrcaTrain—and ultimately led to OrcaEIS.

Training became the first application.

Enterprise Alignment became the architecture.

Stephanie's career spans military operations, defense contracting, and large-scale enterprise consulting, including work with IBM, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman.


Her experience includes complex enterprise implementations spanning identity management, governance, workforce enablement, training, security, compliance, and enterprise systems.


Across those environments, the technologies changed—but a recurring failure pattern did not.


Requirements were incomplete or became stale.


Roles did not always reflect effective permissions.


Permissions did not necessarily reflect actual workflows.


Documentation described an intended environment that increasingly diverged from the live one.


Changes in one system created consequences elsewhere that were difficult to identify.


And organizations often discovered the resulting gaps only through audits, incidents, implementation failures, manual reconciliation, or people with enough institutional knowledge to connect the pieces.


The problem was not simply bad technology.


The enterprise lacked a continuously maintained relationship between what should be true and what was actually true.


After seeing variations of that problem repeatedly, Stephanie began designing an architecture capable of establishing enterprise truth from authoritative evidence and continuously evaluating that truth against the enterprise's required state.


That architecture became OrcaEIS.

OrcaEIS is built on a patent-pending architecture comprising two interdependent systems.  Together, AEIS provides the execution intelligence and SITORA provides the alignment assurance. The combined architecture is protected by multiple provisional patent applications with broad independent claims across systems, methods, and computer-readable media.

AEIS (Autonomous Enterprise Intelligence System) — A multi-layer, multi-agent architecture that continuously discovers, models, generates, validates, governs, tests, trains, and stabilizes enterprise environments. AEIS constructs and maintains the Enterprise Truth Model — the canonical, graph-connected representation of identity, roles, permissions, workflows, configurations, data, dependencies, governance rules, and security posture.

SITORA (Strategic Intent to Operational Reality Alignment) — The governance and alignment substrate that wraps AEIS in continuous alignment verification. SITORA captures strategic intent, translates it into operational expectations, monitors reality across four dimensions (technical, process, human, and regulatory), verifies alignment, and reconciles gaps.
